REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. we hope you are happy with your purchase.

However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (which is unusual!) we want to hear about it. All returns must be postmarked within14 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

We will only accept All Dolled Up Cosmetics products purchased on alldolledupcosmetics.com. Third-party or resold All Dolled Up Cosmetics products will not be eligible for a refund. (Ex: Purchased through Facebook Marketplace,Instagram and offers redeemed on Ipsy, etc)

We stand by our All Dolled Up Cosmetics products. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All Dolled Up Cosmetics Return Policy:

At this time, we do not offer free returns. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Unused and unopened products in the original packaging will receive a refund to your order payment method if shipped for a return. 

If a product has been used and opened, you are not eligible for a refund to your order payment method.

Also, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final.

How to return an item:

  1. Email our Support team info@alldolledupbycharisse.ca to notify them you are returning a product along with a reason why (this gives our team a heads up to expect a return package).
  2. Pack your products (you may use original packaging or your own) and include your invoice or order number for easy processing. Failure to attach your order number may result in complications or delays refunding your order.
  3. At your own expense, ship your products to the following address:

                     *You will not be refunded shipping cost for partial refunds* 

Please note: You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and we highly suggest requesting tracking information on your return package so you can keep an eye on its movements and be notified when it arrives safely to our warehouse. Shipping expenses are paid by you and shipping paid on your original order cannot be refunded for any partially returned products.

Upon receipt in our warehouse, our team will process your return within 10 business days of its delivery. 

If your item was damaged in transit, has surpassed the 14-day window or if you have additional questions, please reach out to our support team at info@alldolledupbycharisse.ca  for assistance.
